rLoader

The fully automated loading system

The rBox solution has been designed with a semi-automated inputting system which ensures speed and accuracy. However, many businesses feel that complete automation of the loading process is a key constituent to achieving their business's goals. The rBox is available with a fully automated loading system - the rLoader. There are two design options which have been designed to allow a flexible solution for different business's needs. An externally located system, and, an integrated solution.

RAX rLoader: Fully automated loading system
When a delivery arrives, simply tip your items into the hopper. Using the rLoaders own robotic picking arm, items will be separated, barcode scanned and delivered to the rBox to allow your automation system to be fully automatically re-stocked. The rLoader sits outside the footprint of the rBox to ensure:
  • Even very large deliveries can be "tipped" onto the rLoarder to be input
  • Flexibility in the design solution by inputting to virtually any location on the rBox
  • Flexibility in solution with one rLoader being able to fill multiple rBox units
  • Accuracy and space efficiency are maintained via the photometric and barcode scanning systems
  • Reject Chute which enables the system to continue loading, should the system not recognize a pack

RAX rInLoader (Integrated): Fully automated loader built inside the rBox robot.
When a delivery arrives, simply tip your items into the hopper. Using the rLoaders own robotic picking arm, items will be separated, barcode scanned and delivered to conveyor inside the rBox to allow your automation system to be fully automatically re-stocked. The rInLoader as the name suggested is integrated into the footprint of the rBox to ensure:

  • Optimized Footprint as the rInloader is integrated within the footprint of the rBox system
  • Aesthetics of design are optimized as the rInLoader is integrated inside the rBox creating a single system footprint
  • Accuracy and space efficiency are maintained via the photometric and barcode scanning systems
  • Reject Chute which enables the system to continue loading, should the system not recognize a pack
